Your media and projects

Photos and videos you choose are processed on your device. Imported media and saved projects remain in Collia’s local app storage. Subject cutouts use Apple’s on-device Vision framework. Collia does not operate a server that receives your media or projects.

The system photo picker may retrieve items from your iCloud Photos library according to your Apple settings. Collia does not provide its own cloud sync.

Membership and payments

Apple handles membership purchases, free-trial eligibility, payment, renewal, and cancellation. Collia uses StoreKit product information and verified subscription status on your device to determine export access. Collia does not send this information to a developer-operated subscription server and does not receive your full payment-card details.

Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Deleting Collia does not cancel an active Apple subscription.

Saving and sharing

You choose media with Apple’s system picker. To save an export to Photos, Collia requests permission to add it to your library. You can change that permission in iOS Settings. When you share an export, you choose the destination; the receiving app or service handles its copy under its own privacy policy.

Retention and deletion

Local projects remain until you delete their project records or remove the app. Copies of imported media may remain in Collia’s local storage until the app is removed. Exports in Photos, files you shared, and device backups are managed separately and are not removed by deleting a project or canceling membership.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to send so we can answer your request. Support email is handled through Apple iCloud Mail. Please send private media only when necessary for your question. You may ask us to delete a support message by emailing xiangguoxin520@icloud.com.

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. We do not add analytics scripts, ads, cookies, or tracking pixels. GitHub may process connection information needed to deliver the pages under its Privacy Statement.
